Looks at Street-Fronts Too………………

Wok to Walk, the quick service Asian-inspired concept that features the 2000-year-old wok with its rounded bottom to seal in heat and nutrition so fresh food can be cooked quickly and retain flavour, has just opened its second location in Canada.  In December, the 337 square foot location in the food court at Place Rosemere in the Rosemere suburb in North Shore Montreal. The Asian-style QSR concept allows the customer to choose from a wide selection of fresh ingredients that are then cooked right in front of the client. Launched in Amsterdam in 2004, Wok to Walk entered the North American market in the mid-2000s and in mid-2025, it entered the Canadian market with a 500 square foot location in Place Victoria in downtown Montreal.  Plans call for more locations in Quebec with the initial focus on the greater Montreal area.   Manon Larose and Michelle Marcotte-Blart at Oberfeld Snowcap have been retained to handle the site selection for the province.   While the initial sites are food court locations, the company is also sourcing high traffic street front locations in the 1200 to 1700 square foot range.
