The six-year-old Dejeuner A.M. Diner chain of breakfast and lunch restaurants continues its active search for sites in Quebec, targeting Sherbrooke, Vaudreuil, Trois-Rivières, St-Jérôme, Boucherville and other markets. The full-service family restaurants feature a large menu with a wide range of thin crepes, waffles, combo plates, eggs Benedict, and omelets, as well as a variety of meals for every taste. Using simple yet premium ingredients, the restaurants use products from responsible sources to meet the highest standards of freshness. With a coming opening in Joliette shortly, the franchise chain will number 14 locations. Martine Theriault at Lexia Immobilier is handling the site search for the chain and explains that the restaurants will operate in highly visible units in the 3500 to 4000 square foot range. Sufficient parking, convenient access, high ceilings and space for a patio are required. Former restaurants are welcomed.
