Casa Santos is a Portuguese-inspired comfort-food restaurant that opened in a street front plaza on Boulevard des Laurentides at rue d’Orleans in Laval in mid-2019. Alex Santos and his team launched the concept that blends the traditional Portuguese flavours with Quebec classics to create a menu that is both familiar and bold. The menu is featuring the grilled chicken and house-made sauces crafted with care and quality ingredients. The restaurant offers a choice of sandwiches, grilled chicken plates, poutines with Portuguese twists, and signature sides, all aimed at satisfying hearty appetites and celebrating cultural fusion. Casa Santos has also developed an online ordering service, a loyalty program, and catering services. The popular quick casual concept is now seeking expansion opportunities in the Terrebonne area and has retained Manon Larose and Jeremie Roy at Oberfeld Snowcap to handle the real estate search. Casa Santos targets highly visible street front units with convenient access in the 1200 to 2000 square foot range.
