An unnamed medical clinic is seeking a 4000 to 6000 square foot site in north central Toronto that could accommodate about ten clinical examination rooms suitable for patient consultations, examinations, and treatment services. While open to other areas in GTA, the clinic is targeting the market south of Hwy 401, west of the Don Valley Pkwy, east of Bayview Ave and north of Eglinton Ave. Convenient access and visibility and sufficient on-site parking are required.
