Having just opened its first Yolk’s Breakfast restaurant in Quebec at the Galeries des Sources in Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, Happy Belly Food Group reports that its boutique breakfast brand has signed a franchise agreement and secured a real-estate location for the City of Vaughan, just north of Toronto. The 3000 square foot end cap location will open in the Summer at Morguard Properties’ Woodbridge Square at Weston Rd and Hwy 7. Building on Yolks’ ongoing expansion activity, this new location will be the third Ontario location as part of a broader plan for twenty-five contractually committed Yolks locations across the province.
