Following the opening of its first drive-thru location in January, in March, Booster Juice will open an inline 730 square foot location at the Erin Mills Town Centre in Mississauga. The opening is part of the chain’s aggressive plans for 30 to 40 new openings annually. Booster Juice is a chain of quick service fresh juice and smoothie specialists with over 470 locations from coast to coast. Typically, the Booster Juice mall kiosk sites are in the 250 to 350 square foot range and in open projects in the 700 to 1200 square foot range. As it approaches the 500-store mark, the chain’s expansion is focused on Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia’s Lower Mainland region. Rick Botelho, Booster Juice’s Director of Real Estate and Franchise Development, has previously noted that for its future drive-thru locations, the company is primarily seeking end caps in the 1100 to 1400 square foot range.
