Introduced in Brampton in 2024, New York Sliders specializes in gourmet slider-style smash burgers and Nashville-inspired hot chicken, with a focus on bold flavours, quality ingredients. The brand emphasizes house-made preparation, including in-house seasoned patties crafted from premium blends such as chuck and brisket or lamb shoulder, delivering a distinctive take on the classic smash burger. A franchise concept, the company is seeking entrepreneurs to grow the emerging concept and plans call for Canada-wide growth. The chain targets high traffic and highly visible 1500 to 2000 square foot units in open centres and plazas.
