Originating as Anju Bar & Eatery in Markham, in mid-May 2025, the concept rebranded as Anju Korean Kitchen, a full-service restaurant features an authentic Korean cuisine made from time-honored recipes and premium ingredients, offering a balance of savoury depth and comforting warmth. Signature specialties include Ganjang Gejang, a soy-marinated raw crab, Saeu-jang, a soy-marinated shrimp, and Doganitang, an ox knee bone soup. Anju Korean is now looking to grow, seeking sites in Markham, Richmond Hill, North York and Toronto.
