Bready Bakery Café is an artisanal bakery concept that offers a selection of gourmet sandwiches, a brunch selection, salads, etc., made with fresh premium ingredients, and breads from its patisserie. The first location opened in Concord in Vaughan in early 2024 featuring its European breads, baked goods, pastries, cakes, etc. along with locally roasted specialty coffees. In early 2025, Bready Bakery opened its second location, and first in Toronto, in the Exchange Tower in the downtown Financial District. Later in Spring 2026, the chain is opening another Toronto location, a 3750 square foot street front location on Yonge St at Eglinton Ave in midtown and the company’s fourth location, a 2200 square foot former Aroma location at Vaughan Mills in Vaughan is also expected to open in the Spring. Others are in the works and the chain continues to focus on high traffic, dense urban areas. Lawrence Hildebrand and Jordan Sleep-Tulloch at Jones Lang LaSalle Real Estate Services are handling the search in the greater Toronto area for the Bready Bakery Café expansion. Highly visible locations in the 2500 to 3000 square foot range are necessary.
