In early February, the global Heavenly Desserts restaurant chain is opening a 4267 square foot unit at The Shops at Morgan Crossing in Surrey in British Columbia. Heavenly Desserts is a growing UK-based dessert restaurant chain that promises a memorable, indulgent dining experiences focused on crafted sweets and stylish atmosphere. Founded in Birmingham in the UK’s Midlands area in 2008 by QSR restaurateurs Yousif Aslam and Mohammed Imram, Heavenly Desserts is a unique café concept that combines a distinctive design with luxury hand crafter artisan desserts. The menu offering includes authentic Italian gelato, signature iced drinks, milkshakes, smoothies, craft lemonades and mojitos, coffees, etc. along with a large selection of sweets, tarts, pastries, croissant waffles, milk cakes, etc.
With this addition, limited space remains available in the 393,281 square foot open lifestyle Shops at Morgan Crossing centre in the retail node in the South Surrey/White Rock market in Greater Vancouver. The available units range from about 1800 square feet to about 6100 square feet and James Boyd at Salthill Capital is handling the leasing.
