Little Baba by Amal is a new quick casual Lebanese concept from the INK Entertainment international restaurant and nightclub group behind the upscale Amal restaurants in Toronto and Miami. Little Baba opened last weekend on Portland St at the base of Seventy5 Portland condo building in Toronto’s Fashion District. Influenced by Amal’s fresh, flavourful approach, Little Baba offers quick-serve versions of classic Middle Eastern dishes with salads, dips, and sandwiches designed for dine-in, takeout, and delivery. The menu emphasizes accessible, everyday Lebanese food rooted in tradition but tailored for modern dining. Any future plans have yet to be announced.
