Royal Vet is a veterinarian-founded animal clinic concept designed to provide 24-hour wellness and urgent care for dogs, cats and exotic animals. Presently the four-year-old chain operates four locations in the greater Miami area in southern Florida and three clinics in the greater Montreal area in Quebec. The clinics in Montreal are in the SmartCentres Decarie centre in the midtown area, on Notre Dame St West at Guy St in the Griffintown area and in the Place du Marche plaza on Sources Blvd in the West Island area. The chain of independently owned upscale wellness and urgent care clinics is exploring other markets in Quebec with the Vaudreuil area west of Montreal being a priority and has retained Manon Larose and Michelle Marcotte at Oberfeld Snowcap to assist with the real estate search. Royal Vet targets units with convenient access in the 3500 square foot range. Street front locations, plazas as well as power centre and lifestyle centre locations are preferred.
