M Cha Bar is bringing artisanal gelato along with its popular premium bubble tea to British Columbia at its new location on Renfrew St at East Broadway, across from the Broadview Tech Centre in East Vancouver. At the base of the new mixed-use project near the Renfrew SkyTrain Station, M Cha Bar is an established bubble tea franchise that features the premium milk tea beverage as well as some unique complimentary Asian inspired snack offerings. Introduced in Vaughan, just north of Toronto in late 2018, the chain currently operates six standalone locations in the GTA. M Cha Bar continues to explore expansion opportunities, targeting kiosk locations as well as high traffic retail units, ranging from about 300 square feet to 1500 square feet. Second generation food use locations are considered.
