Last week, Peak Health & Performance chain of multidisciplinary sports and injury clinics opened a 4479 square foot clinic at the Oakbay Plaza at 2515 90th Ave SW in southwest Calgary. With its fourth clinic now in operation, Peak Health & Performance has now resumed its search for additional locations throughout Calgary. Jeff Robson at JR Mercantile Real Estate Advisors Inc. continues to handle the search focusing on plazas and ground level units in mixed-use buildings. Sites with convenient access and sufficient parking are targeted. The size necessary is in the 2500 to 4000 square foot range. Former clinics and fitness facilities are suitable. While their focus is on physiotherapy and chiropractic care, some of the Peak Health & Performance clinics may also offer acupuncture and massage therapy.
