Canadian real estate property management company BGO Properties has partnered with Visitt, an AI-powered property operations platform, to introduce advanced technology across its national commercial real estate portfolio. The rollout, which began this month, will cover more than 300 properties totaling 46 million square feet across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec. Visitt’s AI-native platform provides a wide range of tools designed to improve building operations and property management. These include intelligent work order management, predictive and preventive maintenance, equipment lifecycle tracking, tenant engagement solutions, amenity management, and streamlined vendor coordination. The platform also uses AI-powered insights and automation to manage complex workflows, helping teams improve efficiency and focus on higher-value activities. According to BGO Properties, the partnership is expected to simplify operations, standardize workflows, improve service-level agreement compliance, and enhance the tenant experience. The company also anticipates measurable cost savings and stronger service delivery across its portfolio. Visitt CEO Itay Oren described the agreement as a significant milestone for both companies and the future of property operations in Canada. The platform’s bilingual capabilities further support adoption across Canada’s English- and French-speaking markets, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and inclusivity for property teams and tenants alike.
