Siblings, entrepreneurs and founders Jessica and Andy Nguyen have just announced that they will be opening their first permanent Bak’d Cookies location sometime in the Summer, but they aren’t saying where. Bak’d Cookies is a gourmet cookie concept that originated in 2020, during the pandemic, and sold online. Featuring its fresh five-ounce cookies in a number of unique flavors, Bak’d has developed a loyal following and has since been operating at markets and pop-up locations in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland region and providing a take out and delivery format as well as wholesale service.
