Radikal Dezzertz is a unique dessert café concept that is seeking expansion opportunities in Montreal’s West Island area, the South Shore, Vaudreuil and Laval region. Featuring a wide selection of fresh, homemade desserts such as gelato, any desserts made with ice cream, crepes and a selection of fresh churros, a Spanish pastry shaped like a stretched donut and with various toppings. The Montreal-based concept will be opening its second location in September on Brunswick Blvd in Pointe Claire. Martine Thériault at Lexia Immobilier has been retained to handle the search for quick casual neighbourhood units that range in size from 1200 to 2000 square feet with visibility and convenient access.
