The Boucher Group has completed a $1.5-million expansion and renovation of its Sports Experts – Atmosphère – L’Entrepôt du Hockey store in La Grande Place des Bois Francs in Victoriaville, south central Quebec, bringing all three banners together under one roof. The project added more than 7,500 square feet, increasing the store’s total area to over 33,000 square feet. The redesigned location features enhanced footwear and apparel departments, alongside a dedicated L’Entrepôt du Hockey section offering equipment, accessories and specialized services for hockey players of all levels. Operating in the Victoriaville market since 1976, the store aims to strengthen its position as a regional destination for sporting goods, outdoor activities and hockey. The expanded store celebrated its grand opening on September 30th. Earlier in the Spring, Boucher Group also opened a 35,000 square foot Sports Experts/Atmosphere store at Place Ste-Foy in Quebec City. Founded in 1967, the Boucher Group operates 31 franchises under the three banners and continues to pursue expansion and acquisition opportunities across Canada’s sporting goods, apparel and footwear sectors.
