Last week, online used car retailer Clutch, opened an 11,000 square foot Customer Hub pick-up and drop-off location for Halifax customers at 219 Hobson Lake Dr. in the Bayers Lake Business Park. The three-acre Halifax Customer Hub marks the third physical location that Clutch has opened this year. Earlier in the Spring Clutch opened a location at 210 12th St in New Westminster in British Columbia and at the Bayshore Centre in Ottawa’s Nepean community. As Clutch continues to grow, these hubs play a crucial role in complementing the digital-first model, offering both convenience and human connection. “Opening our new Halifax Customer Hub is an exciting milestone as we continue expanding our presence across Canada,” said CEO Dan Park. “We’ve seen how valuable physical locations are in giving customers more choice, whether they want to complete everything online or connect with our team in-person.” Presently there are three Customer Hub locations in the GTA and one each in Ottawa, New Westminster and now, Halifax and the company will continue sourcing the customer hubs in high traffic key markets.
