Late this week, the Korean-inspired café, C Market Coffee opens its first downtown Vancouver location at West Georgia St and Bute St. The 2000 square foot location is in the former Bonus Bakery location. Its menu features espresso-based drinks, specialty beverages, pastries and gourmet food offerings, emphasizing convenience without compromising quality. Founded in 2019 by Bridgette Hyun and her BH Food Group, C Market Coffee is a franchise company that combines quality ingredients and artisan coffee expertise with contemporary, welcoming café environments.
