Strategically positioned on Route 117 at a new roundabout, Faubourg Tremblant is a popular restaurant, service and convenience destination in Mont Tremblant, the tourist/resort destination northwest of Montreal, in Quebec’s Laurentian Mountains. Positioned at the highway rotary and with a Shell gas bar and convenience and several quick service restaurants in place, the centre captures traffic coming from both directions, taking advantage of the 27,000 vehicles that pass daily. Jaime Roskies at Forum is now actively leasing the next phase of the Faubourg Tremblant development that will add about 45,000 square feet in five shared pad units in the highly visible and conveniently accessed centre. New spaces in the project are ranging from 1200 to 11,400 square feet in various configurations including end caps.
