Earlier in August, Analog Coffee opened its 15th location and eleventh in Calgary on University Ave NW and Warren St in the University District. Analog Coffee is a premium coffee concept that was introduced at the Calgary Farmers Market on Blackfoot in Spring 2011. With a policy that every cup poured should be something special and should express the natural flavor of the bean, Analog has developed a loyal following along with growth. Part of the 98 Food Co group of brands since 2021, Analog also operates units in Banff, Kelowna, two in Vancouver and another is scheduled to open in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood shortly. The growing chain targets urban street front locations in British Columbia and Alberta. Visibility, traffic, convenient access and units in the 1600 to 2000 square foot range are necessary.
