Poulet Royal is a Quebec City-based chain of quick casual restaurants specializing in fresh grilled or crispy chicken, prepared on-site. With the opening of a location on Boul des Seigneurs in Terrebonne later this week, the two-year-old chain will count 13 locations operating in Quebec with two more under construction in a plaza on Boul Newman in LaSalle and on Laurier East in Montreal’s Plateau community. With its fast-growing footprint, the franchise chain aims for further expansion across Quebec and has retained Manon Larose and Jeremie Roy at Oberfeld Snowcap to handle its site selection. The chain is seeking high traffic street and plaza locations in the 1500 square foot range that provide convenient access and visibility.
