Known for its playful branding, vibrant interiors, and elevated comfort food, over the weekend the Toronto-based Eggstatic breakfast and brunch restaurant opened its first location in Western Canada. Bringing its Middle Eastern-inspired menu, from its signature shakshuka to its sweet-treats, the franchise chain has opened its 14th location in a street front location of about 2500 square feet at 3950 Main St in Vancouver. Introduced by Chef Faris Awwad in Toronto in 2018, Eggstatic focuses on delivering creative twists on classic morning favourites, including eggs Benedict, waffles, pancakes, and specialty coffees. Its menu emphasizes fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and visually appealing presentations designed for a social dining experience at its 13 locations in Ontario and Quebec. The chain is planning to reach 18 locations.
