Five in the Fall…………

UNIQLO, the casual wear lifestyle brand owned by., the Japanese retail holding company Fast Retailing Co. Ltd. has announced it will open five new Canadian stores in Fall 2026. The stores will be at St. Vital Centre in Winnipeg in Manitoba, Quartier DIX30 in Brossard in Quebec, Tsawwassen Mills in Tsawwassen in British Columbia and in Ontario at Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill and Conestoga Mall in Waterloo. With these additional stores, UNIQLO’s Canadian network will grow to 42 locations. The new stores will offer UNIQLO’s full range of LifeWear apparel for men, women, children, and babies, as well as seasonal collections and the brand’s UT line of graphic T-shirts. UNIQLO stores operate in 15,000 to 40,000 square foot mall and high street locations. Jeff Berkowitz and Catherine Deslauriers at Aurora Retail Group is handling the site selection for the chain’s Canadian expansion. In late 2025, Fast Company also announced plans to add eleven new UNIQLO stores in the U.S. in 2026, including four new stores in New York City and flagship stores in Chicago and Miami.
