For Modern, On-the-Go Clientele…….

In early 2026, Toronto-based lifestyle and entertainment company INK Entertainment Group introduced Little Baba by Amal, an elevated Lebanese quick service concept, inspired by the company’s full service upscale Amal restaurant that opened in Toronto’s Yorkville area in 2020. Designed for high-volume urban environments, Little Amal opened on Portland St in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood featuring a modern yet traditional Lebanese menu made with premium quality ingredients. “It’s rooted in flavour and tradition, but designed for how people live today, quick, clean, and thoughtfully made,” said Ink Entertainment founder and CEO Charles Khabouth. “We focused on freshness, balance, and accessibility, offering full meals that feel good to eat, at a price point that makes sense.” Plans to expand the Little Baba concept are underway and Simon Bower at Re/Max Hallmark Realty Ltd. has been retained to source suitable locations. At this time, the search is focused on highly visible street front units with strong pedestrian traffic in Toronto and the GTA. The size necessary is in the 800 to 1500 square foot range. INK Entertainment has a portfolio of upscale signature restaurants in Toronto and Miami.
