Shoppers can choose home delivery or pick up their purchases directly at the site, which also carries a curated selection of IKEA products for immediate takeaway, excluding food items. Highlighted a growing demand from customers that are moving, renovating, or adapting their homes to changing lifestyles, IKEA says the Gatineau location supports its broader strategy of providing affordable, accessible, and sustainable home furnishing options through flexible shopping formats. With this launch, IKEA Canada now operates 13 Plan and Order Points nationwide. Quebec remains a major market, with three full-size stores, four pick-up points, and multiple Plan and Order locations serving communities across the province.
