Poutine & Cie is a new quick service restaurant that is expected to open its first location in the new Espace Bouffe Urbain food hall and entertainment area at Fleur de Lys shopping centre in Quebec City by early August, according to reports in Les Journal de Quebec daily newspaper. Developed by five entrepreneurs, the Poutine et Cie menu will feature the iconic poutine with choices inspired by global tastes. Various poutine will feature Mexican, Japanese, Italian, etc. distinctive flavors using fresh local ingredients. Co-owner Dominique Cote suggested in the interview that expansion is part of the plans once the initial location is established.
