Y&B is an elevated brunch experience built around innovative chef-driven breakfast and lunch menu and premium service. Featuring a selection of familiar comfort foods made with quality ingredients in a comforting atmosphere, Manish Mehra at MHRA Hospitality has launched the franchise concept with growth plans to be announced. Y&B is designed to target larger markets with 300,000-plus populations. High traffic end cap locations in the 2700 to 3500 square foot range with strong visibility, convenient access and sufficient parking are required.
