This week the new, three level 38,000 square foot Harry Rosen Toronto flagship location open at 153 Cumberland St in the heart of the Yorkville area. Coming just weeks after the reopening of its redesigned Oakridge Park store in Vancouver, all part of its $50-million multi-year modernization strategy, the new location features dedicated spaces for luxury brands including Zegna, Tom Ford, Canali, Giorgio Armani, Kiton, and Berluti, along with an expansive tailoring room, made-to-measure services, and one-on-one personal style appointments. Developed with Toronto-based dkstudio architects inc., the store incorporates a private client suite, a client lounge and bar, an outdoor event patio overlooking the Village of Yorkville Park and a dedicated Creed fragrance area. The new store replaces the chain’s 82 Bloor St West location that has permanently closed. Introduced by Harry Rosen in 1954 in Toronto, the chain has about 19 stores and outlets across Canada along with strong eCommerce component.
