Papa Sandwich is a fast-growing Québec City-based sandwich shop known for its fresh, generously portioned handcrafted sandwiches and high-quality ingredients. Launched by Nathan Todd, Gabriel Lavoie and Anthony Gagne in April 2025 on Cartier Ave at Boul Rene-Levesque in Quebec City, the eatery has drawn strong customer demand with premium meats sliced and marinated on site served on fresh ciabatta bread with homemade sauces and toppings. In early 2026, Papa Sandwich opened its second location at La Pyramide at Chemin Sainte Foy in Quebec City followed in mid-February by its first franchise location on Rte 138 in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, a community located about 22-kilometres southwest of Quebec City. The chain has just reported that its fourth location will open in April at a mixed-use project at 1170 Boul Lebourgneuf in the Lebourgneuf community in north Quebec City. Papa Sandwich continues to source franchisees for the popular smaller format quick service restaurants.
