Planning is underway on the next phase of a redevelopment of the 160,000 square foot centre at 333 Ontario St. in St Catharines in the Niagara Region. Located just south of the QEW with a direct interchange, the upgrades will include facades and storefronts and Simon Smith at Carfrae Consulting has been retained to handle leasing. Space of up to 52,000 square feet can be assembled while units as small as 8000 square feet are currently available. Suggested uses for the redevelopment include a food store, pharmacy, fitness centre, entertainment uses, sporting goods, general merchandisers and general department stores, electronics, furniture. Some space is available immediately.
