Search Small Format in GTA………

The Canadian Brewhouse, the uniquely Canadian-themed restaurant and sports bar offering an extensive menu of appetizers, entrées, drinks and daily specials is actively seeking sites in the Greater Toronto Area for its smaller footprint model. Bryce Dymond and Alex Charlebois at Urban Reform Realty have been retained to handle the search for the 3000 to 3500 square foot format with patio area with about 40 seats. The chain is targeting the Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Vaughan, Markham, Newmarket, Aurora and Ajax markets. Introduced in Edmonton in 2002, the restaurant/sports bar concept combines casual dining with a high-energy sports experience, featuring numerous large screens for watching games and events. Designed as a welcoming gathering place, its restaurants cater to sports fans, families, groups and neighbourhood customers. Locations also offer patios, special events, fundraisers and other entertainment options, reinforcing the brand’s ‘Our House is Your House’ hospitality theme. With the debut of its small format location in West Springs in Calgary in early 2026, the franchise chain operates almost 50 locations from British Columbia to Ontario.
