Jollytops Restaurant is a casual restaurant at Wilson and Bathurst avenues in Toronto’s North York that features an authentic Filipino cuisine. Offering traditional main dishes such as the Lechon Kawali, a crispy pork belly, Sinigang Na Pompano, a tangy broth simmered with fresh vegetables and pompano fish as well as Pork Liempo and Bangus Belly with rich flavors and authentic preparation and a dessert offering, the 16-year-old concept has been built on authentic flavours, generous portions and efficient operations. In addition to its dine-in service with limited seating creating an intimate dining experience, Jollytops features a strong takeout and delivery service as well as a catering service. Working from its established concept and its sister-brand Food Trip Filipino Restaurant, Jollytops is now looking to expand its quick service format across the Greater Toronto Area and is especially interested in securing food court locations. Initially targeting the North York, Scarborough and Thornhill market, the company has retained Helen Ye and Eddie Chan at Area Realty to handle the search in high traffic, established shopping centres and busy commercial areas.
