Operating since 2018, Castella Cheesecake is a Japanese-style pastry bakery that features a large selection of the light cheesecakes, tarts and tiramisu. Billy Fang launched the first dessert bakery on Robson St in the downtown Vancouver shopping area and it was followed by three stores and five store-in-store kiosks in Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond. In Summer 2022, the brand entered the Alberta market with a 280 square foot location in CF Chinook Centre in Calgary and a location in West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton in Spring 2023. The chain is now sourcing franchisees for future growth.
