Big Bam Burger is a quick casual restaurant specializing in premium smash burgers made with fresh, grass-fed Certified Angus beef. Founded in Oakville’s Bronte Village about three years ago, the company has built its reputation around high-quality ingredients, house-made sauces and burgers cooked smashed-to-order on buttered potato buns. In addition to its signature smash burgers, the menu includes crispy chicken sandwiches, Nashville hot chicken, loaded fries, poutine, milkshakes and plant-based burger options prepared on a dedicated vegetarian grill. Now part of the Avani Hospitality Group, the brand is preparing for expansion, targeting Southern Ontario market. Units in the 1500 square foot range in open centres and high traffic street locations are required and second generation or built-out spaces are preferred.
