With the mid-June opening of the fourth Yolks Breakfast restaurant in British Columbia at the Tsawwassen Shopping Centre on 56th St and 12th Ave. in the heart of Tsawwassen community in South Delta, limited spaces remain available in the 60,000 square foot open centre. A turnkey inline 2310 square foot unit adjacent to the Cue N’ Cushions gaming lounge is available as well as a 2294 square foot location, with a roll-up garage doors opening onto the sidewalk and adjacent to the Anytime Fitness is available. The average annual household income within about three kilometres of the site is over $149,000 and the daytime population in the area is over 15,200 people.
