With its plan to provide quality products, expert advice and a positive customer experience, whether they’re athletes, fitness enthusiasts or simply health-conscious, with about 40 locations across Quebec, Shop Sante has become a destination in the supplement and nutrition industry. The stores feature a full line of supplements and general health products including ketogenic, vegan products and a selection of sealed ready-to-eat foods. Located at Pie-XII and Arthur Sauve boulevards, just south of Hwy 640, Mega Centre St Eustache in the off-island St Eustache suburb, just west of Montreal, is a large format centre anchored by Walmart along with Bureau en Gros, Winners, Dormez-Vous, Chico’s, Dollarama, L’Equipeur, Economax, etc. Max Craig, Vice president, Leasing, Beauward Immobilier, notes that while nothing is available now, some leases, ranging from 2000 to 15,000 square foot range, may be expiring in the next twelve to 24 months.
