Introduced in Toronto in 2015, The Captain’s Boil is a casual seafood chain that blends the Southern-style Cajun seafood boil concept, enhanced with proprietary Asian-influenced sauces and seasonings, all served in a family-style fashion. Emphasizes communal dining, the large menu encourages customers to ‘toss etiquette aside’ and enjoy fresh seafood straight from the customizable seafood bags. Part of the Accencis Group, a multi-brand franchise group, The Captain’s Boil has grown from a single concept to about 20 locations from Ontario to British Columbia. Positioning itself as a scalable national and international seafood dining brand, the chain is actively seeking new franchise partners to expand into additional markets in both Canada and the U.S. Presently the chain is seeking high traffic and highly visible units on the Oakville, Sudbury and Niagara markets in Ontario and Tao Yang at CBRE Ltd. has been retained to handle the site selection in Ontario. The target size is in a 2000 to 3000 square foot range with convenient access and parking.
