Construction is underway on a 4478 square foot Dejeuner A.M. Diner full-service family breakfast and lunch restaurant at the Plaza des Recollets in Trois Rivieres for a December 2026 opening. In addition, the chain is also planning to open a 4260 square foot location by the end of the year at 941 Firestone Blvd in Joliette. These additions will bring the seven-year-old chain of franchise restaurants to 15 locations across Quebec and still more are planned. Discussions are underway for at least one more and the chain is actively seeking suitable opportunities in Magog, Sherbrooke, Boucherville, Drummondville, Repentigny and Ville LaSalle. Martine Theriault at Lexia Immobilier is assisting with the site search for the chain and explains that the restaurants will operate in highly visible units in the 3500 to 4000 square foot range. Sufficient parking, convenient access, high ceilings and space for a patio are required. Former restaurants are welcomed.
