A Mathnasium learning centre, a Lokma Dessert cafe and a 4,600 square foot Anytime Fitness health club have joined the tenant roster at the 471 Terry Fox Dr. plaza in Kanata in West Ottawa leaving only two vacancies of 1200 square feet and 2323 square feet still available. The larger unit can be subdivided and various uses are being sourced including personal services such as medical, physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, optical, hearing, or a supplement store, a pet food store or a pet grooming use, etc. Situated at Terry Fox Dr. and Kanata Ave., the 24,000 square foot plaza on a 2.91-acre site anchored by Shell Canada with a car wash and convenience store. A dentist, sandwich shop, nails salon, pharmacy, Red Swan Pizza, Turkish Kebab House and a hair salon are already in place. Over 14,300 people are living within a two-kilometre radius of the site. The median age is about 42-years and the average annual household income in the area is over $149,500. Philip Zunder, Ben Zunder and Ling Tan at CDN Global (Ottawa) Ltd. are handling the leasing.
