The locations are at 16715 71st St NW in North Edmonton and at 10514 82nd Ave in the Old Strathcona area. Late last week, also on social media, that company stated that the 2000 square foot unit on 82nd Ave NW/Whyte Ave, Edmonton’s entertainment district, is opening in early August. The 1650 square foot end cap location at the new Schonsee Landing at 71st St and 167th Ave. is opening soon. Originating as a mobile concept in 2023 featuring customizable fizzy drinks enhanced with creams, flavoured syrups, juices, and ice, Sip Soda Co. opened its first flagship location at the Broadmoor Baseline Crossing in Sherwood Park in Alberta in mid-2025, offering the nugget ice and creative combinations that appeal to a wide audience seeking something refreshingly different from traditional soda offerings. The company’s franchise model is designed to be accessible to entrepreneurs, with structured support in training, site selection, launch guidance, and ongoing marketing assistance. The Sip Soda Co locations are generally in a 1100 to 1600 square foot range.
