Wingstop is a Texas-based fast-casual chicken wing chain that entered the Canadian market in 2022 and has quickly established a strong presence in Ontario with about 18 locations featuring its cooked-to-order classic and boneless wings, chicken tenders, seasoned fries and house-made dips, with a menu built around twelve distinctive flavours ranging from mild options to hotter selections. Operated by JPK Capital, the brand’s exclusive master franchisee for Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the brand continues its aggressive expansion seeking sites with potential for drive-thrus. The current focus is on the Brampton, Mississauga, Scarborough, Toronto, Ottawa, Vaughan, Markham, Kitchener, Waterloo, Windsor and Burlington markets. The size required ranges from 2000 to 3500 square feet, depending on the market and opportunity. Freestanding pad sites and end cap locations with convenient access for pickup and delivery are preferred.
