Aren’t We Naughty is expanding its retail footprint across the GTA and key Ontario markets, targeting high-visibility retail locations. Operating since 1983, Aren’t We Naughty is a privately-owned adult toys and novelty company that deals in a wide selection of fragrances, lingerie, gift and sex-themed merchandise. Many of the lines carried, such as Leaf, Lux and Vanity, are manufactured in the company’s 40,000 square foot warehouse/headquarters. With nine retail stores currently operating in Ontario and its eCommerce platform, the company continues to source new locations for purchase or for lease in across the province. Sari Samarah and Beverly Wilson at Value Insight Realty are responsible for the site selection. Aren’t We Naughty is seeking 2000 to 6000 square foot units for purchase or lease. End cap locations and freestanding street front units as well as shopping centre locations are preferred.
