Oakberry Canada continues to source locations in the GTA and major market in Ontario for its Brazilian-inspired superfood brand and Caitlyn Price at Value Insight Realty is sourcing the required highly visible, high-traffic sites near schools and hospitals. The flexible size units will range from 300 to 1100 square feet. Introduced in 2016 and in Canada in 2023, the chain counts about 25 locations across the country with about six in the GTA. In Spring 2025, Winnipeg-based Snowbank Brands acquired the Master Franchisee right to Oakberrry Acai in Ontario and plans to build on its operating chain in Western Canada. Oakberry is known for its 100 percent natural açai bowls and smoothies, featuring unlimited, customizable toppings such as fresh fruit, granola, chia seeds, and cacao nibs.
