Located at the signalized intersection at Rte President Kennedy/Rte 173 at Rue Des Allonges, at the entrance to the Bellechasse communities, Marche Pintendre caters to the population of over 28,000. The average household income is about $99,000 annually and over 24,000 vehicles pass the site daily. In addition to the Maxi, Uniprix, Dollarama and a Chico pet supplies are confirmed and four shared pads are under development that will provide opportunities ranging from about 1650 square feet to over 12,000 square feet.
