Edill’s Coffee House is a Scarborough-based café and specialty coffee brand focused on ethically sourced, single-origin coffee and tea from East Africa. Founded by Edill Hassan, the business began as Royaltea Coffee in 2019 before rebranding to create a more personal identity centered on African coffee culture and hospitality. The café is known for its in-house roasted beans, artisan teas, and welcoming atmosphere that blends modern café aesthetics with community gathering space. The spacious café on Kennedy Rd., with its emphasis on quality, authenticity, and customer experience, has developed a loyal following for its specialty lattes, matcha beverages, pastries, sandwiches, and premium African coffee selections including Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Tanzania Peaberry. Expansion is now planned and Edill’s Coffee House is currently in a search for high traffic locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Units in the 1800 to 3000 square foot range with strong visibility and complementary co-tenancies in the area are required. Venting is not required.
