In late July, the health-focused juice and smoothies chain Station Vitamine started serving its fresh, elevated approach to everyday wellness with its menu of premium smoothies, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, smoothie bowls, and functional blends made from high-quality fruits and vegetables at Royalmount, the upscale lifestyle centre in Montreal’s Mount Royal area. Introduced in 2019 in the Tunnel MEC connecting the Montreal Eaton Centre and Place Ville Marie, the quick service specialty concept is now exploring expansion opportunities in Quebec and in the U.S. Kiosk locations and smaller in-line locations in the 250 to 300 square foot range are required. The counter-service format and flexible retail model will operate in malls and centres, mixed-use complexes, transit hubs, universities, hospitals and urban retail corridors. Station Vitamine is also opening a location at Quartier DIX30 in Brossard shortly. Manon Larose and Michelle Marcotte-Blart at Urban Reform Immobilier have been retained to handle the site selection.
