Haraz Coffee House is a growing café chain that was introduced in 2021 in Dearborn, a suburban market northeast of Detroit in Michigan, by Hamzah Nasser to introduce the traditional Yemeni coffee culture to a global audience. Haraz Coffee sources its beans from high-altitude farms in the mountainous region of Haraz in Yemen, an area known for producing rich, sun-dried coffee. Since its first location in Dearborn, Haraz has expanded rapidly and currently operates about 50 locations across the U.S., with several more in development. The company is now looking to bring the specialty coffee brand to the Canadian market and has retained Kelly Farraj, Janis MacDougall and Tania Nicoletti at The Behar Group Realty to source locations in Southern Ontario in the areas from Greater Toronto to Windsor. High profile and high traffic locations in the 2500 to 3000 square foot range are required. No venting is required and drive-thrus are welcomed.
