Edmonton City Centre in downtown Edmonton has been acquired by Westrich Pacific Corp in an agreement that is expected to close later this year, according to the Edmonton Journal. The 1.4 million square foot mixed-use project was ordered into receivership in 2025. The new ownership suggests new residential units and street front retail in place of the former Bay store.
